Beyond Bagels, Session 2: Sephardi Marunchinos

FreeIn the second session of the series we will celebrate Sephardi food and Sephardi culture. I will discuss the paths that Sephardim took as they fled the Iberian Peninsula, and the dishes that they brought with them. In addition, I will lead the preparation of marunchinos, what many culinary historians consider the original macaroon, with roots in the Jews of the Golden Age of Spain. No coconut in these beauties, but absolutely delicious!
