Lovely!Such a wonderful book. I had no idea the full moon in each month had a name–I only knew about blue moons and the harvest moon. Also, the illustrations are gorgeous. Buy it for your children and grandchildren–they will love it.

Super cute bookThis is quite honestly the cutest book ever for those little ones who love the moon. My niece is obsessed with the moon and wolves. This coupled with a stuffed wolf was the best gift ever. She absolutely loved it and so do I.

For kids who love the Moon!This is a very nice children’s book that tells us all about The full moon each month. Informative for my older child and entertaining for the younger.
EnchantingWhat a lovely little book! I bought it to share with my grandchildren ages 3-8 and when previewing it I found myself reading it aloud because the rhyme scheme was so catchy. No awkward-ending lines that seemed “forced”…the rhyming was very natural. There are moons I’ve never heard of (like Pink and Sturgeon) so I even learned some things.
But what really made the book special for me were the mixed-media illustrations – big, bold and eye-catching that filled the pages. Each night sky was dark, but different hues of green, purple and blue were used…very unusual.
The paper’s quality could be a little higher, but that’s the only negative in a book filled with positives and wonder.
Once in a full moonBought this book to read to my toddler granddaughter. She really enjoys reading it with me. She now loves to look up in the sky to see the moon.
